JOIN OUR TEAM!

Loucon is seeking those who are looking to grow in their own faith through serving God by serving others. Our Summer Camps provide life changing experiences and foundational growth for Youth 2nd-12th grade. We want YOU to be a part of what God is doing here!

  • As a Cabin Leader, you’ll be on the frontlines of ministry—sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ through intentional, relational mentorship in a cabin setting. You’ll provide daily supervision, lead devotions, and build meaningful connections with campers, creating a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment for spiritual and personal growth.

  • Adventure Staff guide campers in experiential encounters with Christ through outdoor adventure and hands-on learning. Serving as trained facilitators for a variety of camp activities, you’ll foster personal growth, teamwork, and faith formation. Adventure Staff also support camp operations through essential daily responsibilities and behind-the-scenes work.

  • As the Photography staff, you’ll capture the spirit of camp by documenting unforgettable moments throughout the summer. Your work helps parents and families stay connected to their camper’s experience and supports Loucon’s mission through promotional content used across media platforms.

  • This role plays a vital role in stewarding Loucon’s facilities and natural spaces. Responsibilities include landscaping, equipment upkeep, and light cleaning, all while working under the guidance of the Maintenance Director. Your work ensures that campers and staff enjoy a safe and beautiful environment throughout the summer.

  • The Staff-in-Training program is a hands-on opportunity for young leaders to volunteer alongside experienced summer staff. Participants gain insight into camp operations, develop leadership skills, and explore what it means to serve Christ through camp ministry—preparing them to potentially join the team in future seasons.
